Appointments
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without charge.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled directly through your appointment confirmation email or text message.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals
We allow a five-minute grace period for all appointments.
If you arrive more than five minutes late, we may need to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your appointment to remain respectful of other scheduled guests. If your appointment cannot be accommodated, the cancellation policy will apply.
Guests
Due to the intimate size of our treatment rooms, we kindly ask that additional guests do not accompany you to your appointment whenever possible.
